Daniel Gifford, diocesan bishop of the ADOC. In attendance were the other two ADOC active bishops (the Rt Reverends Mike Stewart and Stephen Leung), 77 active clergy, and 52 lay delegates. They represented 57 parishes across all ten Canadian provinces as well as Massachusetts in the USA.
